The hotel is conveniently located near a bus stop, making it easy to explore the city. Most tourist sights are within walking distance, and there is a charming Einstein cafe down the road. It is also close to the US Embassy. The rooms are comfortable, with great bathrooms and helpful service. The breakfast, though not included, is worth paying for. The hotel offers facilities such as a small bar for evening drinks and a cozy cafe for coffee.
The bar sometimes lacks staff presence and prompt service.

The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, especially Gerhard Liechti and the young man at the reception. Early check-in and personalized welcome note were much appreciated. The room was spacious and well-decorated in Belle Epoque style. Great location with a sunny terrace and convenient public transport nearby. a memorable and enjoyable stay.

We had a fantastic stay at Boutique Hotel Belle Epoque. The location was perfect, with plenty of charming shops and historic buildings nearby. The Christmas decorations both inside and outside the hotel created a lovely festive atmosphere. Our room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, with antique furniture that added a touch of elegance. The unique feature of having the TV hidden in the wardrobe was a fun surprise. The bathroom was also spacious and clean, and we enjoyed the nice views from our bedroom windows. we had a wonderful experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it.

They allowed us to have an early check-in and even brought our luggage to our room. The personal handwritten welcome note and fruits in the room were a nice touch. The room itself was spacious and had comfortable mattresses. The hotel's decoration in the "Belle Epoque" style was charming. The location of the hotel, with a sunny terrace at the entrance of the old town and a bus stop just a minute away, was perfect.

We loved staying at this hotel in the heart of the old town. The location was perfect for exploring the pedestrian area and visiting all the monuments. The staff provided excellent service with amenities like room service, grocery shopping, and tours/ticket assistance. The room was comfortable and equipped with everything including ironing facilities, soundproofed rooms, and free toiletries. We enjoyed sitting on the terrace and relaxing with the free Wi-Fi provided.
